Plumpton racecourse is a National Hunt course situated in East Sussex in the South Downs. The left handed oval course has a downhill back straight with a uphill climb to the finish. This makes a fast start with a difficult run the finish, with this in mind, experienced jockeys are the one’s who do well here and often win races.
