A profitable day of racing yesterday with a nice win in the 14:45 at Ayr. We expected a much bigger day but came a bit unlucky but back on the profit wagon for the start of the week.
Dark Defender flew home at 15/2 on our 2 point E/W bet beating Kenny The Captain by 1 1/4 lengths. A nice a price and a nice win on the board. He was well clear over a furlong out and kept on well to the end.
It only takes one good win to make money in horse racing as long as you follow the points betting system. It’s a shame we didn’t bag another by the end of the day but that’s horse racing.
Today we have a big day of racing at Pontefract, Brighton, Uttoxeter and Wolverhampton.
